SEAN ANTONY O’CONNOR

Hey, my name is Sean O’Connor and I am a Chef based in Burlington, Ontario. I have been cooking professionally for four years, with a focus in fine dining and farm to table cooking.

Cooking has allowed me to travel the world learning my craft, learning in some of the finest restaurants in the world. Traversing my way up, from the one Michelin starred Antica Corte Pallavacina along the Po River in Italy, to the two Michelin starred 19th century hunting lodge, tucked deep in the Swedish North, Faviken Magisinet, and the quaint yet bustling streets of Copenhagen that led me to the three Michelin starred Geranium. It has certainly been a journey.

On the quest for great food, I have discovered that the true magic of food consists of three crucial components. It starts with the farmer or purveyor whose dedication to quality product gets them out of bed in the morning. That product then comes to the chef (thats me!), who helps it to reach maximum flavour potential. Last, but certainly not least, the big reveal! The dish is enjoyed by you, your friends and family, all brought together by the commonality of great food and great company.

RYAN QUINN

What’s up!  I’m Ryan. I’m a lover of all things creative. I grew up in Etobicoke and currently live in Nobleton with my wife Lindsay, and our dogs Buckshot and Cricket.

I’ve been a professional cook for 8 years now and have been fortunate to work in Vancouver and Toronto with Chefs like Rob Feenie, Cory Vitiello, and Matteo Paonessa.  If I’m not cooking, I’m probably attending an Art Battle in the city, working on some kind of DIY project, or taking some gnarly slams skateboarding (the ground gets harder as you get older). 

I have a passion for making delicious food, approachable and accessible to anyone who is interested (and if not, maybe I can sway you).  Beyond making you a plate of food, I aim to create a memory for you. A moment you can always refer back to when in search of something tasty and out of the ordinary.

Nothing would make me happier than helping you discover food that gets you excited the same way it does for me.
